Yay! Papa had a great week at camp, but we were all happy to have him back. We stayed two nights at Malakoff Diggins State Historical Park located next to his camp. Behind us you can see the lasting effects of the hydrolic gold mining.
We joined up with Rob's cousin Jennifer, her husband Brett, and daughter Kaylee (here with Maddie) while at Malakoff Diggins. After 2 nights of camping we treated ourselves to swimming and a buffet in Reno.

While in Bend, OR, we treated ourselves to a "Parent's Day Out." While Louie and Maddie spent the day at their respective daycares, we did the Bend Ale Trail ... priceless!

Phew! We made it all the way to the top of this giant sand dune in Pacific City, OR. The ice cream cones we ate afterward for dinner were so worth it!
